How to set up your online booking link

Copy your store's booking link, give it a friendly ending and share it on your website or Instagram so brides can book online.
Your store has one general online booking link that lists every open appointment type, so brides can book a visit without calling or messaging you. Each appointment type also has its own direct link that skips straight to date and time. This article covers the general link.
You can also create your first booking link during signup onboarding. This page is the full store-wide link after that.
How to set up your booking link
- Open Store → Bookings.
- At the top of the page, find your store's booking link (it looks like yourdomain/bookings/<id>) with a copy button next to it.
- Open Customize Link Ending to replace the default id with a friendly ending, for example /bookings/my-store. The dialog checks in real time whether your chosen ending is available.
- Open How to Install in your Website & Social Media for guidance on where to paste the link: your website, your Instagram bio, or a link-in-bio page.
Advanced options
Open the Advanced configuration tab for extra options:
- A background image for the public booking page.
- Auto-select single booking type: if you only have one enabled appointment type, brides skip the type-selection step.
- Hide logo and store name: useful if you're embedding the page inside your own site and don't want eAteliers branding to show.
Link to a specific appointment type
Each appointment type row also has its own copy icon. That link is your general link plus ?plan=<id>, so it opens that specific type directly instead of showing the full list. Disabled appointment types are never offered, on either link.
What to expect
- Changing the link ending does not redirect links you already shared: old copies stop working once you save a new ending, so update it anywhere you've posted it (bio, website, print materials).
- The general link only offers appointment types that are enabled. If you've disabled every type, the public page has nothing to show.
- Auto-select single booking type only applies when exactly one type is enabled. As soon as you enable a second one, brides see the full list again.

Where do I find my store's online booking link?

Can I change my booking link to something easier to remember?
Yes. Use Customize Link Ending on the Bookings page to replace the default id with a friendly ending such as /bookings/my-store. The dialog tells you instantly whether the ending is available.
What happens to the old link when I change the ending?

Why does my booking page show no appointment types?
The public page only lists appointment types that are enabled. If every type is disabled, there is nothing to show. Enable at least one type from the Bookings page.
Can I link directly to one appointment type?
Yes. Use the copy icon on the appointment type's row. That link opens the specific type and skips the type-selection step.
